ATM (About The Music) presents: "NATURES RHYTHM" ~SATURDAY, MAY 18th~ ~12PM-8PM~ *come out early, get good parking and enjoy the full day of sunshine! **Because of new rules we will be stopping the party & music at 8pm sharp, so come out early. **and watch the A's fireworks show after dark, we will be in great view of the nearby Oakland Coliseum across the water** $FREE$ for the people! (donations appreciated to keep these going). *This may be our only park party of 2013 because of the many expensive fees, not for sure, but possible. So come out & have some fun! @ the location... MLK Shoreline Park 7250 Doolittle Dr. OAKLAND, CA 94621 This is a fully permitted event at an awesome park location right next to the water (about 1 mile from the Oakland Airport 'entrance') & is a free event. Family & kid friendly, a daytime park party with good people & fellow music lovers under the sun, into the sunset, by the bay! Family, friends, kids, dogs (ON LEASHES ONLY PLEASE!). No matter how nice your dog is, you may be sited by park rangers for a dog off of leash citation. Others, also don't want some dogs to be invading kids' space, jumping on, etc. Thank you. ........................................................................................... Please no party flyers left on cars, pick up your cigarette butts & all trash from the ground before you leave so we can be sure to get our deposit back, and let us all come back again. BEER & WINE IS "OK" IN THE PARK... cheers! : ) NO drinking alcohol in any form in the "parking lot", or you will be ticketed by park police. >"HARD LIQUOR" IS 'NOT' ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE PARK! Park police will ticket you if they 'see' any hard alcohol bottles 'visible' in the park area, as they did a couple years ago. Please clean up after yourselves & respect this awesome location. We spend hundreds of dollars in - permits, insurance, sound, dj's, deposits, etc. to make this party happen so please donate anything you can when the jar comes around. This really helps us pay back the many expensive fee's & enables us to continue these free parties for you all. Not expected but very much appreciated : ) *Please do not set-up or sell any items at this party. Selling of items at this free event is illegal, as we signed a permit saying we would not be doing so. ........................................................................................... (((DIRECTIONS))) -From 880 fwy in Oakland - take the Hegenberger Road Exit... & drive West (towards the Oakland airport) about 1 mile (your upcoming/next turn - will be immediately before the airport entrance). -Take a right on Doolittle Drive (Once on Doolittle Drive, continue straight thru >> the first stop light (DO NOT turn there on Swan Way!), continue straight (about 1 mile on Doolittle). -Make a "right" (immediately before) the "MLK Shoreline Park/Shoreline Center sign" & drive into the park (off of Doolittle). We will be to your right once you drive into the parking lot. Listen for the ((boom boom boom))! Parking is free! >>>> Overflow Parking >>>>>>>>>>>>> You can also park in the boat launch parking lot as well, once this lot fills up. This is the other entrance next to us (we are on the lawn, in the middle of two parking lots). After both lots are full, you may park on the road (Doolittle Drive), but make sure your car is completely off the street/asphalt & not in the bike lane "at all", or you may be ticketed or towed. !!PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY RED ZONES, "ANYWHERE" OR YOU WILL BE TICKETED AND/OR TOWED.
