BEAST - Halloween Edition

WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE was a blast, but get ready for BEAST #2 - SIGN OF THE BEAST! Zombie Kittens, Goth Guerillas, Hex Wives, Cute Monsters galore! Please note that this BEAST is on THURSDAY, October 30th. #wink DJ James Darling Jenna Riot and DJ DURT // Photobooth // Go Go Dancers // Trick or Treat and other Halloween games ################ (notes: the entrance, dance floor, bathrooms, and photo booth are fully accessible; the bathrooms are gender neutral for our party, the green room is on the second floor up a flight of stairs, and there is no ramp for the stage, which is about 2 feet tall. the space is NOT scent-free, as the decor is hardwood and lets off that scent, and we cannot fully control what people will wear to the club. that being said, please be mindful of scents and the needs of your fellow party-goers. thank you. there is a smoking area in the parking lot, but not directly in front of the club entrance. we are a queer club and will not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, rape culture, fatphobia, ableism, and most other kinds of rudeness in our club) PLEASE NOTE that since this party is so close to Halloween, there will be people in costumes. if you are planning to come in costume, please make sure that your costumes also follow our guidelines for behavior: we will not tolerate costumes that reflect homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, rape culture, fatphobia, ableism, and most other kinds of rudeness. this includes culturally appropriative or insensitive choices. google "cultural appropriation and halloween costumes" if you need specific examples.
