Youth Impact HUB Oakland is a multi-sector collaboration between Impact Hub Oakland, United Roots and Youth SEED, designed to scale internationally at more than 60 global Impact Hub sites. The Fellowship stems from over 30 years of collective youth development experience, which informs our belief that youth, especially those most impacted by social inequity, are best positioned to develop meaningful and lasting solutions to the challenges facing their communities, if given the proper support.
The year-long Youth HUB Fellowship includes:
o 4 months of social enterprise training to develop a business model & strategy
o Professional mentorship and access to co-working space and office amenities
o A professional pitch event
o 7 months of follow up coaching, training and networking events
