IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!!!! BASEBALL TIME!!!! Oakland A's play Texas for their 2nd annual official LGBT Night EVER. WHO IS GOING? WHO IS INVITED? A whole bunch of queers and our peeps sitting in a group together. YES, your brother's ex-roommates' dentist's new girlfriend is welcome to join us :) WHERE DO WE MEET? HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS? MEET at 6:15pm where the bridge from BART connects to the stadium. Look for queers with balloons! I will have PRINTED PAPER TICKETS FOR EACH PERSON.(*see #1 and #2 below) ***CUT OFF TIME: 6:40pm is the END of the time to get your tickets!!!*** (see #1 and #2 below) HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS? WHERE IN THE STADIUM ARE THE SEATS? Decent but not fancy seats at a great price! $16 per person. This INCLUDES all taxes and fees AND a $6 credit for the concession stands!!! The section is called the "value deck" and the view is actually great. HOW DO I BUY MY TICKET? WHEN DO I BUY MY TICKET? -->you must pay for your ticket in advance!<-- to buy send $16 per person to alexandria@clickyourheelsevents.com via PayPal or Venmo or Square Cash. TY!!! MON MAY 23 IS THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO BUY TIX !!! ---> If your chosen name is not the name on your account, please include your chosen name IN THE NOTES OF YOUR PAYMENT. Thank you :) --> there are no refunds but you can give your ticket to a friend by having them show up at the meeting spot on time and take your tickets when your name is called. TRANSPORTATION BART goes directly to the stadium but is usually crowded. Use the comments to organize carpools and/or BART buddies. Sometimes someone sets up a tailgate party before the game. Sometimes not. Watch the comments before for info, or organize it yourself! :D NOTES #1 there will be No Emailed/digital tickets. Period!!! we had a big mess last year with the digital tickets so Only Paper Tickets this year. I know it's old fashioned but sometimes old school is best! :) This means you will need to send at least one of your crew to Meet Us at 6:15pm at the bridge to get your paper tickets!!! Plan ahead y'all. #2 issues with lateness. Last year some people had difficulty getting their tickets or getting into the game due to lateness. As a person who is frequently late myself, I have lots of compassion for this and I did my utmost to accommodate late arrivals. However it was a HUGE amount of work for me AND for the late folks to find each other, find me, find will call, etc, and it was not entirely successful. So this year I am making the meeting time earlier AND I am setting a ***CUT OFF TIME: 6:40pm is the END of time to get your tickets!!!*** If you know you are likely to be late (no shame in the game!)
