DEEP STREAM T GROUPS
We use a transformational, experiential, small group “Learning Laboratory” format (called T Group) based on the most popular Leadership and Interpersonal Dynamics course taught at Stanford Graduate School of Business for the past 49 years. Through engaging, participatory approaches, you will learn how you impact and are impacted by others, gain more self-awareness, build rapport, embody grounded presence, and productively engage social identity diversity and differences.
Improv and somatic approaches support embodied leadership, flexibility, and creativity in a spirit of fun and learning! Limited to 12 participants. Application deadline August 10.
